From the looks of the image, perhaps Luna should have clarified the "velocity" she wanted to be sent back at.

I felt the emotion the moment I saw the image.

It wasn't Luna's fault in the first place. Her evil alter ego got hold of her; she lost control. Now, she is paying the price for a crime she did not purposely commit. A thousand years on the moon... too much...
